During this course, you will examine a variety of change management techniques and change management models commonly used within organizations. A structured approach to change helps you better manage change as an individual, as a member of a team or organization, and as a leader. The course explores the impact of change on four areas: change and the individual; Change and Organization; Communications and stakeholder engagement; and practice of change management.
APMG Change Management has two levels, 1- Foundation (Learning best practices), 2- Practitioner (Application to scenarios)
Virtual classroom training allows you to benefit from real-time instruction from the comfort of your home or office. You benefit from the same interactions as an on-site class and will be able to ask questions of the instructor. Since the exams are not done on paper during the course but online, you will also benefit from time to study and prepare until you are ready to obtain the certification.
